Modelling Collaborative Governance" explores the groundbreaking resurrection of New York's Central Park from a dirty, dangerous wasteland to a sparkling jewel enjoyed by millions, the result of an innovative implementation of collaborative governance.
Frank's co-authors, John D. Donahue and Richard J. Zeckhauser, of the Kennedy School at Harvard University, are the authors of the forthcoming book "Collaborative Governance," from Princeton Press.
